Pineapple Blush reserves the right to refuse any package return/exchange that does not meet these requirements.  Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Return/Exchange Options
- Exchange - Store Credit
(We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. ALL JEWELRY & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.)  
All Returns & Exchanges must meet these following requirements: Due to hygiene policies, there will be no exceptions to the following.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
    • Free of makeup, deodorant, lotion, perfume, tanning solution, or any other bodily stains.
  • Items must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • Items must not be ripped, torn, or have any other non-manufacturing damages.
  • The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear.
  • The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
    • Please keep in mind holidays, and weekends are not included.
  • **WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS after 14 days
  In addition:
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
    • If we receive an item that does not meet the requirements, Pineapple Blush is not responsible for the return shipping.
  • Store credit may not be used for shipping charges.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.
  • We will notify you via email once your return/exchange has processed.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Please be sure to read our Store Policies in its entirety.
Step 2 Safely package and ship the item/items within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment to: 75-5742 Kuakini hwy suite 101 Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 . We advise you obtain a tracking and confirmation number for your package, Pineapple Blush is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.
Step 3 Your return/exchange will take about 5 business days to process, we will inspect your item to confirm it meets our requirements.   Once complete we will notify you via email.
Authenticity & Warranty All products are purchased directly from the designer, please keep in mind that most of our products are handmade and are not entirely free of workmanship errors.  There may be missing threads and other similar defects.   If you have purchased one of these items, please contact us immediately.  
By placing an order on, Customer accepts all terms of this Return/Exchange Policy.
